Our clinic has its own modern, fully digital dental laboratory, enabling us to produce prosthetic restorations with a high degree of precision and aesthetic quality while significantly reducing production times. The close integration of our clinical team and laboratory gives us direct oversight of every stage, allows for rapid adjustments and ensures efficient coordination of the entire process – from initial planning to the final restoration.
Digital production
Our highly digitised workflow makes the entire process of producing prosthetic restorations more precise, faster and easier to control. Every stage, from the initial scan and digital planning through to the fabrication of crowns, bridges and dentures, takes place within an integrated digital system, allowing the dentist and dental laboratory to work from the same data and monitor the result throughout the process.
Patients are also actively involved. Before the final restoration is made, they can see and approve the planned appearance of their new teeth. Only once this has been approved do we proceed with final fabrication, helping to ensure a natural, functional result tailored to the patient’s face and individual wishes.
Materials and components
For all prosthetic and implant procedures, we use only materials approved for medical use in the European Union and compliant with applicable European regulations. We pay particular attention to biocompatibility – the ability of a material to come into contact with the tissues of the mouth without causing adverse local or systemic reactions and to be well tolerated by the body.
Materials are selected according to their quality, safety, clinical application and long-term reliability. For every prosthetic restoration, we ensure full traceability of the materials used and provide documentation confirming their conformity, giving patients additional reassurance and complete transparency.
