Šime Živković, DMD

Born in Rijeka in 1964, Dr Šime Živković graduated in dentistry from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka in 1991. After gaining experience in private dental practices in Croatia and abroad, he founded his own clinic in 1995 and continues to lead it today.

Over the 30 years of clinical practice, he specialised in implantology and obtained certifications in a range of implant systems. During this time, he has successfully placed more than 30,000 implants.

In 2004, he became a member of the Nobel Biocare mentoring team for Croatia and went on to deliver numerous professional training courses. A year later, he became the first dentist in Croatia to introduce computer-guided implantology.

He speaks Italian and English and is a member of several national and international dental associations.

Zvonimir Živković, DMD

Dr Zvonimir Živković graduated in 2019 and specialises in oral surgery and implantology, particularly the treatment of atrophic jaws, bone regeneration, and digital implant prosthodontics. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Zagreb, where his research focuses on bone regeneration and augmentation.

He has completed numerous training programmes in Croatia and abroad, including Italy, Slovenia, Germany, Spain and the United States. His principal mentor is Dr Šime Živković.

He is a member of ITI, DDS and CIF. He completed the “Clinical Master Program in Bone Grafting and Soft Tissue Management” in Germany and the “University Postgraduate Course in Oral Rehabilitation with Zygomatic Implants” at Vita-Salute San Raffaele Hospital in Milan.

He speaks Italian and English fluently.

Zoran Jurković, DMD

Dr Zoran Jurković graduated in dentistry from the University of Rijeka in 2014 and subsequently began working in a private dental practice in Rijeka. At the same time, he pursued an academic career as a teaching assistant at the Department of Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry at the Faculty of Medicine.

Two years later, he was appointed as a teaching assistant at the Department of Oral Surgery, further broadening his clinical and academic experience.

In 2019, he joined the Rident Polyclinic, where he was appointed Head of the Department of Oral Surgery in 2024.

He speaks English and Italian fluently.

Ana Beljan, DMD / Radiographer

Dr Ana Beljan was born in Rijeka, where she completed her degree in dentistry. She subsequently completed her postgraduate specialist training in dental medicine at the University of Zagreb.

Her areas of expertise include conservative treatments, cosmetic dental treatments, and prosthodontics.

Drawing on her clinical experience at Dentvitalis, she published a research paper entitled “Comparative evaluation of the All-on-4 protocol between different implant systems (3-year follow-up)” on the dentiumeu.com portal.

She is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine (HKDM) and the Digital Smile Design (DSD) programme.

She speaks Italian and English fluently.

Domagoj Žalac, DMD

Dr Domagoj Žalac was born in Slavonski Brod and completed his dental studies in Rijeka.

During his studies, he developed a particular interest in endodontics, oral surgery, and periodontology. He also led a workshop on biopsies and basic suturing techniques at an international congress of dental medicine students.
